She is the founder of Heart Of The Wild Wellness & Wilderness Therapy Retreats, LLC, a Traditional Psychotherapist, EMDR trauma therapist, trained Wilderness Therapist, Workshop Facilitator and Speaker. Tami Gilmore is a woman who has worn a lot of hats. Wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, counselor, wilderness therapy expert, and business owner are just a few of them. But like many of us, she hasn’t been all those things at once and is continuously learning when it’s time to pivot and live an intentional and meaningful life.

Connecting to your path, following your true north, you are caring for and listening to you, you’ll also feel a sense of joy, energy and motivation that will enables you to serve others in an huge and positive way.
How do you really know what your yes is? There are so many voices in our heads, that inner critic, the voice of self-doubt, the voices and advice of well-intentioned others – guru’s online all telling us what we “should” do. How do you know if you are on your path? What voice do you listen to? Are you getting quiet enough to hear the whispers of your heart – what does your soul want you know?
